Our Vision
Our vision is to be a resource to the Church for equipping leaders, skilled musicians and disciples of Christ.
Our Approach:
- Provide classroom instruction in music that includes discipleship.
- Provide coaching and consultation to worship teams for the practical and spiritual implementation of the worship service.
- Provide teaching and perspectives from the Bible about worship that inspire a deeper understanding or prompt personal reflection of God’s Word.
From the Founder:
Two things have led to my formation of NW School of Worship:
First, in every church I’ve served, one of my greatest joys has been equipping musicians and seeing them released into ministry in my church. More than just teaching music lessons, I want to make disciples of Christ. NW School of Worship was founded to extend musical, leadership, and discipleship training to every church – the “capital C” Church.
Second, with the insight the Lord has given me as a worship leader in small and large churches for over three decades, I want to help worship teams become stronger together as leaders, musicians and teammates.
