• 30 minute interactive discussion of the purpose of worship and the role we play in it.
• I’ll walk your team through 2-3 worship songs, focusing on each instrument’s role in the music.
• We’ll work on transitions within and between songs that are both musical and spiritually engaging.

*This works best working with just one full team per session.

6-hour Team Coaching Session*

starting at $700

• An interactive discussion of the purpose of worship and the role we play in it.
• Band breakout – we’ll work through 2-3 songs focusing on musicality, roles for each instrument, working as a team
• Vocal breakout (while the band works), we’ll work through the same 2-3 songs and address the practilcal elements of worship leading, engaging the congregation, how to be expressive and authentic as a worshipper,
• We’ll put it all together making practical application of the day’s learning. We’ll also work through transitions within and between songs.

*This works best working with just one full team per session.

Worship Leader
follow-up coaching

$100 per session

Once we’ve had a live coaching session, I will make myself available via video for individual coaching. (Please provide a video of your worship service for that week)

I’ll give any feedback you ask for, but topics could include:

• Specific feedback about the latest online worship service.
• Ways you can grow as a team leader or as a worship leader.
• Next steps to take towards team growth.
• Guidance on ways to navigate challenges with the team or individuals on the team.

Fine Arts* Coaching

We provide coaching for students preparing for solo and ensemble entries in vocal and instrumental categories.

*Fine Arts Festival is a discipleship tool of Assemblies of God national youth ministries for grades 6-12. It is designed to help students discover, develop and deploy their ministry gifts.

Worship Leader
Mentoring

Schedule a single session or ongoing meeting times to continue your growth as a worship leader. We’ll address questions and specific challenges you would likely face. These are a few other topics we could cover:

• We’ll discuss your responsibilities to other leaders to and those you serve.
• We’ll define the goal of singing together in a gathering, and how the songs we choose can serve or distract from that goal.
• We’ll define the role that the musician plays in serving the Body and each other.
• We’ll address various approaches to song transitions, worship moments, lingering in worship, and other skills beyond simply singing songs.
• We’ll discuss building a worship set, effective prep and rehearsal with a team and practical, affirming feedback after the Sunday Service.
